The Lund family enlarged it in the 1930’s. In 1996, it was restored and expanded as the headquarters for the EC Bar Ranch. The 400 acre property now includes almost 3 miles of Nutrioso Creek in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona.

In 1996, this portion of Nutrioso Creek was rated as nonfunctional and in a downward trend due to exposed streambanks and heavy livestock use. After several years of restoration, it is now in proper functioning condition with a stable wetland habitat and abundant forage for dormant season grazing.
